Good but they don't have...enough sprinkle Donna..no only old fashion and chocolate frost..no strawberry sprinkle... frost Management have to have products in store for clients it's a 24/7 store. Amazing staff, They do have new staff join constantly over the year which is why they might be a little slow but they all are... nice hard working employees. Coffees are good. Once an employee messed up my coffee but she apologized and instantly made a newone. Clean but only the issue is that they went from a 24 hour Dunkin to closing early. Read more
To avoid the morning rush, I downloaded the Dunkin app to place an order for pickup. When I arrived, my coffee was ready but I... was still waiting on the rest of my order which was fine. When I received my order from the pick up counter, I was still missinga donut. I brought it to the attention of an employee and she directed me to stand in the checkout line and walked away. I askedsomone else who worked there and she got the donut without issue. I was slightly annoyed because the whole point of orderingfrom the app is so I don't have to wait in line. Read more
I go here often because its on my way to work. I've ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese on 3 different occasions expecting and... hoping the bagels would be fresh but ALWAYS stale. Ive also ordered the bagel bites and its the same + freezer burn smh. Thecoffee is good and pretty consistent but I wouldn't order anything else.. Read more
This used to be my favorite Dunkin to visit, always friendly, always fast. This is no longer the case. I understand they are... most likely short staffed like many places are these days. But the orders are taking way too long (20 minutes for a coffee andbagel bites) and the staff is rude to the customers. I will not be going back to this location again. Read more
Unsanitary. She threw the egg on the counter for my sandwhich where everyone puts their hands on. Germs everywhere. Long wait... time for online orders. Will never come to again.
