usually more satisfied when i come here but i asked for a hot coffee and she proceeded to charge me and give me a iced... coffee. i said i asked for hot she said ?i put it in wrong? and made me my correct order but an iced coffee and hot coffee haveat least a dollar difference , she did not offer me my money back or even offer me a simple munchkin which i would have loved tomake up for the difference of the amount i was wronged. the girls were all nice but lacked the professionalism and ethics of akeeping a wronged customer coming back Read more

Service and products here have changed over the last year or so. I've been served stale food, given the wrong order, many of the... menu items aren't available, I was just handed coffee ( again) with the lid not on securely, poured it all over my car.... One of the worst Dunkin? in town They are always out of stuff they don?t carry mayonnaise or ketchup packets On top of it all... website and the outside the store timing says they are open till 10pm I have gone 5 times they are closed by 9:20 pm. I figuredI?ll go by 9 today and they were still inside but didn?t bother answering the drive thru and doors were closed didn?t even bothto answer to my honk. This place needs to shut down or be signed over to better owner. Very disappointing such Big brand andthey can?t even live up to the standards.
