usually more satisfied when i come here but i asked for a hot coffee and she proceeded to charge me and give me a iced... coffee. i said i asked for hot she said ?i put it in wrong? and made me my correct order but an iced coffee and hot coffee haveat least a dollar difference , she did not offer me my money back or even offer me a simple munchkin which i would have loved tomake up for the difference of the amount i was wronged. the girls were all nice but lacked the professionalism and ethics of akeeping a wronged customer coming back Read more

Service and products here have changed over the last year or so. I've been served stale food, given the wrong order, many of the... menu items aren't available, I was just handed coffee ( again) with the lid not on securely, poured it all over my car.... One of the worst Dunkin? in town They are always out of stuff they don?t carry mayonnaise or ketchup packets On top of it all... website and the outside the store timing says they are open till 10pm I have gone 5 times they are closed by 9:20 pm. I figuredI?ll go by 9 today and they were still inside but didn?t bother answering the drive thru and doors were closed didn?t even bothto answer to my honk. This place needs to shut down or be signed over to better owner. Very disappointing such Big brand andthey can?t even live up to the standards. Absolutely horrible served me and my boyfriend SPOILED MILK after asking for oat milk for an allergy. When I had the worker re... make my drink he gave me attitude and the location was not busy. No excuse. I come here every day almost and staff is usuallyvery pleasant, this worker must be new since I have never seen him before. I?ve never had issues besides the occasionalmisunderstanding through the drive thru speakers or a forgotten item- never a big deal and is always taken care of and staff isalways great about it. This Dunkin? never has anything. They run out of almond milk, muffins,donuts, cups. How are they still in business ?? Today I go... for a strawberry frosted donut. I ordered pumpkin signature latte and got who knows what and it was sweet like really sweet and it did not taste like pumpkin at... all more like multiple flavors. I went back and told them it's disgusting and they remade my signature pumpkin spice withpumpkin cream foam. Worst dunkin? I have ever been too. I have given this place several chances as I know they are a busy location but they are... always out of oat milk and food items and they have often forgotten my items and I realize when I have already left.
