The Drive thru female cashier/order taker was Not polite. Her facial expression was very aggy as though she was bothered by the... customers.. my suggestion is this, Leave you problems behind. When you come to work, you are representing the brand, not yourproblems. Be attentive, courteous, and polite. Trust me, it'll make your day a whole lot better. Read more

This site seems to usually mess up our orders. This past time I had 2 people tell me what I had ordered for drive through... pickup via the dunkin app wasn't ordered even after showing them my receipt until the manager finally stepped in andstraightened it out. Seems to be some more training is needed to make sure the full orders are fulfilled. Read more
