Wow, I really should have read the reviews before ordering from here. My order arrived FOUR hours late. FOUR HOURS! And they are... 7 mins away from my house. My husband drove to the store location (because they have disconnected their phone and there is noway to call them). They offered no apology or explanation. He asked for a new order to be made, but once he was waiting he couldsee how absolutely disgusting and unsanitary this location is. It was a madhouse and the cooks dropped the spatulas on the floorand reused them, cut a pizza on a literal desk with pencils and paperwork on it. I had to contact Pizza Hut to get my $$back....I have no idea how a restaurant operating at this low of a level is still open. Shut this place down. Read more
Disgusting is an understatement this is a horrible representation of Pizza Hut. First off I ordered a half & half pizza and they... took that literal by piecing 2 pizzas together. Just look at the crust, like what is that. Meanwhile this is my second time in arow out of 3 times ordering there and having a terrible experience. Not to mention my wife ordered a pasta dish in the past andmore than likely contracted salmonella from it. Never ever ever again and I?ll be sure to tell everyone I know about thishorrible experience to prevent them from getting burned like I did. Read more
This pizza hut has repeated either messed my order up, lost it, or had me waiting 3x as long. I have yet to have a good... experience. I started going to Linden NJ for service and it's always great. I tried it once more today and have decided that'sit no more. They won't even answer the phone. I'm really upset with the por service I have gotten so regularly from them.Recommend going elsewhere. I felt sorry for the workers there. They looked like they were working hard they just couldn't keep up with the demand. Which is... surprising because this was the absolutely worst pizza I've ever had...undercooked, no sauce, no cheese, it was just gross.There are 5 better pizza places within 1 mile of this place...why would you order from here? I wish we had the ability to rate locations less than one star. The food, service and professionalism of the Avenel location is... an ABSOLUTE joke. I ordered carryout pizzas. I tipped for the curbside service which we did not receive. After 15 minutes, myhusband had to go into the store to retrieve our order. Upon arriving home, we discovered they gave him two pizzas that werecompletely different from my order. Attempted to call four times....busy tone and disconnected. Spoke to call center manager andshe tried to call...NOTHING. Husband went to the store. They only offered the two pizzas that have been sitting there for lasthour without an offer to remake them or refund of at least the tip I added. My husband discovered that they take the phone offthe hook and the manager is unavailable. He is sitting in the store with multiple others who received incorrect orders. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT order from this place. You order from their website and then they transfer your order to door dash... without your consent. The door dash driver delivered my order to the wrong location and could barely speak English to explainwhere she left it. Once I walked to the location and found my food; a drink was missing and nobody answered the phonewhatsoever. I promise you guys you lost a great costumer and plenty of others because I will tell all my colleagues from work tododge this place. This place is a scam. Read more
Great Customer Service , all employees were very respectful and helpful with the complications of my order. David who was at the... register was 10/10 service along with Katrina who did a great job preparing the hot and ready pizza, Store was very clean andall of the employees did there part by wearing there masks following the COVID protocol. This is one of the best pizza huts I?vebeen to in my 18 years of living. Read more
The food will not be ready in time if on a weekend. I tried couple times, but waited an extra 30-60 minutes. The food was cooked... and was good(as good as you can expect from a Pizza Hut). The cashier lady is very nice and handled the situation like a champ. Read more
