To me five guys is the best burger in town so simple yet so delicious. Sometimes I like to call my order ahead of time over the... phone make sure you pick it quickly because the bread could get soggy if you wait too long to pick up your order. So if youorder for pick up don?t don?t take longer than 15 minutes to pick up because the cook line is fast and good. Since this placeis within 10 minutes from the beach Is great for beach food take-out. Thank you five guys you really make my day when I have oneof your delicious burgers. Worse service ever and very expensive. Rude people. Took for ever to serve us. We were the only one there.The guy threw a scoop... of fries in our bag's order just loose like that on top of our burgers. Read more
Food was fine, it?s pretty hard to mess up their menu. But the customer service was terrible. Every employee, including the... cashier, acted as if I was inconveniencing them when I ordered. When I walked in, three employees just stared before someonefrom the back came up to take our order. Even when I was trying to pay, the cashier was on her phone behind the cashregister. The second they had a chance, they all ran to the back to socialize and be on their phones. The store was completelyempty, not a single employee in sight. Read more
Really good food. Made right in front of you and with plenty of options. The prices are higher than usual but the food makes up... for that! Definitely a place to enjoy some dine in! Couldn't recommend it enough! Read more
5 guys us located inside the mall.. easiest way to go to it is park in the parking garage and park on the 3rd floor there's a... bridge that goes across it and as soon as you walk in there it is in the right.. the food was cook perfectly. Seems like they have raised their prices over the last year. Burgers are pretty small for thag new price. Staff wasnt as... friendly as I thought they should be as I would have expected them to be in aventura mall considering the price of everything inthat place. Cashier Keyshea was extremely rude. She called for the next guest and when my family arrived at the counter, she continued to... talk to the cashier next to her. I had to say excuse me for the cashier to stop talking and take our order. Every time I had aquestion or made a change to my sandwich, Keyshea rolled her eyes or sucked her teeth. If I didn't have something to do, I wouldhave called the manager to speak about Keyshea behavior. Food was good though. Read more
