The worst place . I had my order I paid $40 for ice cream fine I even tip them . I got the ice cream I did one step and I was... about to get a bite all the ice cream fall down . Absolutely classless servers. They hate working there and have no problem showing you disdain when you deem to order ice cream.... Absolute low class trailer park employees. Also they weigh the ice cream on a scale just to make sure you DO NOT, under anycircumstances, receive an extra gram of ice cream. Terrible, horrible. Find another place. Read more

A worker named Laura was rude and made a comment when i asked her for a smoothie and made her own choices regarding my order.
Disgusting!!!!! Nasty attitudes and they don?t use gloves!!!! Are you serious?!? Do bettter!!!! and hire people with hood... customer service!!! Delicious as always and we love this location at the Aventura Mall food hall We usually always customize their sundaes. Last... time we were there we took advantage of the BOGO promotion they had on the app and we had the banana split sundae withchocolate, strawberry and dulce de leche ice cream with caramel syrup instead of chocolate and it was delicious We decided totry their milkshakes for the first time and got the vanilla and chocolate ice cream one with whipped cream. I would put 0 stars if I could, this is the worse place to get ice cream, they hire a bunch of teenagers that have such a bad... attitude and don?t ask what you want in your order just do as they want, first she ignored me and decided to skip to the personbehind me , when she clearly saw me, and after she left me with my word in my mouth and decided to do the order as she want to,being extremely rude when telling her she didn?t do the order as I wanted to, giving me bad attitude and talking bad things inSpanish to her coworker about me, I speak Spanish as well and she wasn?t nice at all.
