I called several times because no one answers the phone. Finally I checked the times and they said the close at 9pm. I let it be... known I wanted Crepes. Only to drive 30 mins.. get in line at 7:58pm, to be told that?s she?s not making crepes anymore becauseit?s 8pm. That?s was soooo beyond frustrating!!!! They should?ve said that when I asked! This place is completely lacks allergen protocol and is both unable and unwilling to implement it. Employees are lazy as well... and constantly eat/drink while making other customers orders. It took 25 minutes to have my order made and I was the onlycustomer. Read more

They are located in the center of Aventura Mall food court. They have an amazing assortment of sweet and savory crepes that are... all delicious! These are such authentic crepes, the presentation is also amazing and picture worthy! The bubble waffle crepesare amazing and so cute! In addition to crepes they have delicious coffee and a basil lemonade that is to die for. 10/10 gotto try! Read more

First let me say the food is spot on amazing. I took a friend of mine here while we were shopping in the Aventura mall and... decided to try it. We were blown away by the taste. Top notch. Unfortunately, the service not so much. First time I went , Iwaited at least 15 minutes before I got my food but to be fair, it was a little busy. The second time I went ,which was a fewweeks later was a nightmare. Some of the staff seemed visibly annoyed and not interested in attending to the customers. One guyhad his EarPods in while making the food and blatantly ignored patrons while they were trying to talk to him about their order.The cashier was nice but she was overwhelmed as people started getting visibly annoyed it was taking a while to get their foodand when it came it wasn?t what they ordered. I myself waited more than 10 minutes and was getting annoyed that they made partof my order which was getting cold because they started making someone else?s order before completing mine. The lack ofprofessionalism by their front line staff needs to be addressed . You shouldn?t have EarPods playing while you are dealing withcustomers. It?s rude ,and when you mess up, try to act like you care since you are charging people for the food! You fix thatand you will be 5 star. Read more
