They do a great business but dont manage their staff well. I counted 3 servers for nearly 100+ people at lunch no wonder I had... to wait significantly before ordering. We had a breakfast there a few times. The same food at different days comes with different portions, probably a different cook... at the moment ? 3 stars for the service mostly. We always have to wait for 15-20 minutes before a waiter brings a menu. A fewtimes they run out of clean cutlery. We had only forks and no knives. I don't think we will return again. Read more

Pretty good in general. The hostess was not friendly at all, didn't even acknowledge me and a nice lady behind the bar assigned... me a table. When she told the hostess, she rolled her eyes and came to the table to leave a menu and Cutlery without even sayinghi or looking at me. Everything was great after that. Originally from New York and living in Florida for years, when we were visiting Miami we have a feeling that this place could... satisfy our desire for good bagels and generally it didn't disappoint... the stuff was amazing, very attentive whole processand food us exceptional, it was really what would be expected and more, only one thing was shocking - I went to the bathroom andguess what - little mouse came from under the door to say hello.! Thankfully I didn't panic and I just shut it out. We reportedit to the lady at front , she reported it to her bosses, she was so shocked and embarrassed and very, very apologetic. We stillwanted to buy six bagels, which she gave us free for inconvenience, which was appreciated by us, she said she's working therefor 12 years and they were never issues, but they'll definitely approach it...we hope so, because as I said place is otherwiseincredible..! Having a great experience with Waitress Christine for while now. Family has never seen a waitress work so hard to satisfy a... customer. No request is too much and she follows up without 'forgetting' as we experience in other establishments. We werebeginning to wonder if Christine is an undiscovered relative because of how well she treats us. Not ! She treats everyone thesame way.
