I had been coming to this store for years, since I was living walking distance for a while......however after a long time... without passing by, today had been my third day in a row coming....and today after consuming, I asked to use the bathroom toclean a lil stain in my shirt that I got there, on a dirty chair......and the lady told me to bathroom was out of service. WhenI told her I don't need the toilet, just to clean something in my shirt insisting, the young lady, scared told me, "I'm sorrySir...but if I open the bathroom for you, ill get in trouble".......Sad that the young lady was forced to deny help acostumer....not a recommended, not because of her(the young lady at the store), but because of the entitled biz owners thatdon't care about customers ???????? This was a first time for me at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted by the girl behind the counter, or... the tall, young Spanish looking guy standing beside her. Instead, they made me feel like a nuisance. I asked some questionsabout their protein powders, given that I have dietary limitations, and it took no less than me asking 4 times over about theprotein that they answered my question, but not without me having to ask persistently. It was like pulling teeth. I then placedmy order and received a 32 oz smoothie that was 3/4 filled. I asked the guy that it be filled to the top, but was told that therest "was stuck at the bottom" of the blender. He then did me a "favour" and poured the rest of the smoothie into the cup. Allhe had to do was shake the bottom of the blender a bit to let it loose. I proceeded to pay and downloaded the app. I then askedabout rewards and the guy told me he does not know how the rewards work or the points. He also told me he didn't know how Icould scan my receipt to the app to earn points. No smiles, no thank You's, no you're welcome. I believe the guy is the managerat this location, which is very disturbing. He not only needs training on customer service and being personable, but alsotraining on how the rewards work. If he doesn't know his job, he should take the time to learn. But you can't train a managerwho has zero motivation to work. I would give this place a MINUS if I could. We?ve had a few smoothies here but recently wanted something filling and had a huge pregnancy craving for a smoothie but without... all the sugar and carbs so we checked out t website and found out we can get their gladiator smoothies which are supposedlytheir keto smoothies. I always come to this location in the mornings and the staff is friendly and efficient. Today 07/19/2022 we came at 5:15 and as... usual we ordered three drinks. The girl assisting at the front was sleepy and smelled strongly like Marijuana while the youngbar tender was throwing things and hitting the equipment really hard. No care for the craft. While we placed the order aboutfive other clients ordered drinks. It turned out all drinks came and ours didn't. Frustrating to stay 57 minutes waiting for adrink. I usually get the gladiator with coco almonds and extra peanuts to avoid excess carbs. Thats my biggest issue with smoothie... king is the fruits tend to make the smoothies really high carb. Also the protein is one scoop regardless the size of thesmoothie. Maybe retrofit the protein based on the size of the smoothie?
