I have been at the restaurant a number of times and the food is always excellent and the prices are reasonable (NOTE: I consider... this a high-end restaurant, but the prices are definitely good for this type of establishment). I have always been very happy,and that is why I continue to come back. However, they far exceeded my expectations on my last visit. I was actually picking upfood for a friend who was delayed at the airport. The fact that the kitchen is open until 11:45 PM on a regular weekday duringnon-peak seasons is incredible to begin with. But it gets even better. As I was leaving with my friend's order, it seemed to methat it wasn't enough food for him and his family. There were only 3 items on the receipt even though my friend's family was 6people. I reached out to my friend and we found the mistake - the order should have included 4 hamburgers, but only included 1.Keep in mind that it was already 11:50 PM on a Tuesday and the kitchen closed at 11:45. I asked the manager if maybe there was asecond bag that they forgot to give me. What we determined was that my friend had only ordered 1 hamburger, not 4. Who's mistakewas it (my friend or the person who took his order)? We'll never know. But the manager called the kitchen and they made thethree missing hamburgers. It would have been very fair for them to have charged extra since they had to reopen the kitchen, andmy friend would have gladly paid. But instead they didn't charge for one of the burgers and even included a few complimentaryitems. And this is for a customer who they will probably never see business from again (he was only in Miami to catch aconnecting flight). Well, they may never get repeat business from my friend, but you can bet your bottom dollar that they willsee me a lot more. In fact, I may run over there to pick up some lunch!!!! Food is great, but very busy and packed place. Price is reasonable. Portion is good for two. The only thing I didn’t like is... you still have to wait to be seated even though you already made reservations ahead of time. Read more

What an amazing restaurant. They have food for every budget, from Chinese to steaks. Their ambience is absolutely amazing,... either indoor or outdoor seating. The food was all delicious and extremely tasty. The waiter service was extremely well done,the waiter was nice knowledgeable, and the food came really quickly. Would recommend coming earlier in the night since it canbecome extremely crowded in this place. Overall was definitely a great experience and would definitely recommend to others, andcome back myself as well. Great choice if you are in the Miami or Aventura neighborhood. Read more

The service on 11/13/23 was the worst I have had ever. We asked the waiter about 6 times over a period of 2 hours to please get... drinks for everyone at the table. It seemed to fall on deaf ears as he did not bring everyone drinks. Instead of asking thewaiter a 7th time we decided to just ask for the manager, because the waiter was giving us rude remarks. I know he was overworked but there were a ton of other staff who he could have asked to at least bring water to the table, while they worked onthe other drinks. Also 2 hours to get a drink is just ridiculous. It took about an hour and a half to get food and about 2 hoursto get our drinks. They actually brought the food out before any of us had drinks still. When they brought the food to the tablethe food runner would not even say what half of the items where he just placed it in the middle and left and we had to try tofigure out what was what. That is not what I expected from such a high caliber restaurant. The manager really did not have muchto say except that he was sorry about that.
