The worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. The baristas don?t know how to make drinks and they barely want to be there. They don?t... take your order correctly and they don?t care. They are also pretty aggressive and confrontational. The worst! I have a milkallergy and I always have my lattes made with soy but this location doesn?t care and they ignored instructions and made my orderwith milk. Read more
I don?t usually write reviews but I have to, this is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to in my entire life! They can?t make... drinks properly, they can?t even heat up food correctly, they frankly can?t do anything right. I?ve been trying to come here andgive them a chance over and over again and it?s the same every time. very slow service. Why are they asking for a mask??? But the samas work with a nosed nose.
Staff is VERY SLOW, and no parking at all! Super nice spot, but terrible implementation.
I wasn't aware this location didn't open until 8am. I opened the door and the employee yelled "SIR!, WE ARE NOT OPEN YET". ... Well how about you don't have the door unlocked and instead of yelling at me say Good Morning, I'm sorry but we don't open until8am. This is my 3rd time here and each time it's the least friendly staff of any Starbucks. They should take lessons from theone at the DSW/BBB plaza. Read more
