Came here for my daughter?s birthday but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. It looks nice inside and our server was... nice. However, it took forever to get our drinks and when they did come it tasted really bad in my opinion. I asked for areplacement and that one took so long, I just ended up canceling it. My lobster was super salty and slightly undercooked. Mysteak had no salt. And they brought me mashed potatoes instead of the asparagus I requested. My daughter?s came with pickleseven tho she requested it without. She took one bite and asked for a to-go box just so it wouldn?t appear she was wasting thefood. Maybe this place is good for treats and selfies but definitely not for quality service or food. I would not recommend to afriend. Also I?m still waiting for my check so I can leave. Read more

Well I first heard about this place I looked on google maps and to my surprise there were amazing reviews so I went when I first... walked in there?s pictures of celebrities on the wall. But one thing you should know make a reservation if you don?t yourprobably not getting a table anyways back to the restaurant when I first sat down they give you a menu with there famous surgerydrinks they have them in alcoholic and nonalcoholic next they give you the food/dessert menu the menu has a lot of stirfry?s,burgers,steaks and there famous rainbow sliders (I recommend the sliders) I ordered the rainbow sliders when my food gotthere it did not disappoint it was delicious. Then I got dessert I ordered the cookies and cream Sunday and I would say it?s thebest dessert in aventura mall. Other than that the service was great the place was clean it?s great for birthdays. The food wasn't horrible just not crazy about it with the price equivalent... pretty steep pricing... the sugar factory is fun... for experience, I will say I enjoyed their food, and their drinks were good. I will say the staff was very nice and everythingwas clean and beautiful. Read more

I had my birthday dinner at Sugar Factory Aventura on Sunday Oct 9th and it was perfect! We were 12 people. Our waiter Franco... was attentive, accommodating and super nice. We were in the private dining section which is a beautiful pink room. The drinkswere a little on the sweet side but super fun. The food was delicious. They really made my birthday dinner special! I had high hopes for this Sugar Factory (not sure why) but I did. And let me just say?..this place is not worth visiting. The ... sugary large drinks with smoke flowing out of them might draw your attention but it?s only an ?appearance??..a $46 appearance.It will get you a nice picture but tastes absolutely horrible and with LARGE clump idea the amount of dry ice was in there untilI got my drink. It tastes very chemically and just awful! In addition to the $46 price tag?..the chain restaurant charges a*mandatory* 20% fee! 17% service fee to the service staff and 3% cover charge to the restaurant for their EXPENSES?! Why arecustomers paying an additional fee for their expenses. This is absolutely absurd and unheard off. The only thing positive wasthe service staff. I didn?t encounter any issues with any of them and they all seemed helpful. I would highly recommend goingto another bar where your money will go MUCH further and actually taste good! Read more

The wait was extremely long for our drink, took 45mins to get there. Our waitress was nice but she was juggling a lot of tables... with bigger parties so I felt like we were kinda push to the side. Called the manager over and she was great. She listened to myconcern and apologized and resolved the issue. That made me feel a lot better about the experience.
