Staff 8/10 staff is super friendly but I think they have too many people worry about because they come around rarely and take a... while to get your order. Location 4/10 You have to go into the crowded mall to eat here. Parking 1/10 Nearby parking is almostalways full but if you are willing to pay for valet then it's there. Atmosphere 7/10 Inside is themed nicely but it's kind oftainted by being in a mall. Food 8/10 They have a huge selection of food to choose from and so far it's all been prettygood. Price 3/10 It's way too expensive for my taste. Asked for drinks before food came out but it didn't come until the foodcame. Not much else to specify. Overpriced but delicious food in a loud and crowded mall. This is probably a once in a decadetype place or a nice place for a date. Read more
The food was beyond amazing. Our steak was tender and cooked to perfection. My sons pasta could have fed two people. Our drinks... were flavorful and absolutely beautiful as well. I had a drink called the Georgia Peach that tasted EXACTLY like a Peach. Thedrink was amazing and a must try! The cheesecake is a must have! The four of us split two pieces and wow... that wasawesome. Our waitress was a little on the absentee for most of the night. We watched her pa a s by several times, look at ourtable and continue to walk by. We had to almost beg for dessert. Which, at the cheesecake factory you shouldn't have to do. TheCheesecake factory is a must try. But be flexible on where you would like to sit and you will be seated faster. Read more

Service was really rough in here today. We sat for 10 mins before a server came over after myself and another guests flagged... someone down. Then my order never came. Then when the server went to check on it..they were still working on the burger andsweet potatoe fries. Finally the manager came over and fixed it after he apologized for all the mix ups. He ended up justcomping my meal. So thank you to the manager. 3.5 stars Read more
Excellent customer service. Steak was just as i had requested. I love my steak medium rear! ???? Everything was delicious!... Including my drinks ???? . I didn't have too wait too long to be served eventhough this place was super packed with othercustomers. Read more
Obviously best cheesecake options in variety and quality. Very convenient to have lunch or dinner. Waiting time can be bad, an... hour or more if its a weekend. As you know their startup bread is also well known for it softness and great taste. Their menu islong.... On the healthier side go ahead and try their salmon, Mignon or any of their chicken options. You won't go wrong on anyof them, keep an eye on the calories, haha. Piece of cheesecake at the end, can't miss it. Read more
Went for a quick happy hour meal! Was really disappointed with the food, I got to cheesecake quite often so I’m somewhat... accustomed to what I get. To start the fried Mac and cheese was cooked perfectly but the sauce that it came with was off and itwas a bright red instead of the orange-ish red color that it usually is, and the Buffalo blast where horrible I had to ask ourwaitress to take it back because it was that bad soggiest Buffalo blast I ever had. Visited in March and October of 2017. Both times the service was good. The Chicken Madeira and my Quesadillas were cooked well... and very tasty. The waiters were courteous and timely with drink orders. The dessert is fantastic, I highly recommend you skipan appetizer and get one of the many varieties of cheesecake in the store display.
