Their usually not too busy, even during lunch I've noticed. Which is nice compared to most other McDonalds locations. Haven't... had real bad luck with orders being screwed up either. Maybe one minor one in maybe 10 orders. Read more
I went through the drive-thru on October 5th at 6:19 p.m. The line was very short but the wait was very long. I ordered only a... drink and an ice cream cone. When I got to the pickup window she gave me my drink and I had to wait an additional couple ofminutes for the ice cream cone. When she came back to the window she had a cup of ice cream and a spoon and told me they wereout of cones. I told her the reason I ordered an ice cream cone was because I wanted the cone, not just for the ice cream. She,rudely, said that I got exactly what I paid for. I told her I did not get what I paid for because there was no cone. She told methere is nothing she could do about it. I responded that she could have offered me my money back. She then said I'm welcome tocome in to get my money back. I wasn't willing to waste any more time so, instead, I tried to call after I left. The only numberthat is listed on Google is a disconnected number. Does this location really receive so many complaints that they disconnectedtheir phone? I would not be shocked. I was disappointed in the product I received but I was much more disappointed with therudeness of the employee. Hopefully, if anyone at this location cares, they can look at who was at the pickup window on thisdate and time. Read more
I have a lot of nostalgia (better or worse) with the Avilla McDonald?s. It?s the quickest, most convenient way to get food at a... McDonald?s. However, my experience there is incredibly inconsistent. I have had good food there, but I?ve experienced plenty oftimes getting the wrong food, the wrong order, the wrong toppings, and there?s been bad customer service in the past. I alsoprefer the drive-through because eating inside is not clean at all. Not to mention the drive-through is a pain with a massivepothole as you?re turning onto to the drive-through. I will always go there because of nostalgia and the food is mostly good,but there?s no doubt their reputation is not the best. Read more
The food was fine, but the lady at the window was rude from the time I placed my order. I ask a question at the window and... right away she said " do you have a problem with your order? " I said no I've not even got it yet. I just had a question. Shethen said "don't you want a refund? " I said no just a question but never mind. I Always like this McDonald's because everyoneis always nice and friendly. Not this one. So another lady brought my food to the window. She was nice. I think the other oneis in the wrong business. Always terrible service here. Would never come back if it wasn't the one closest to me. No matter the size of the order,... something is always wrong. Today I went inside with my family and tried ordering from the order screen. Went to add drinks tothe order and it wouldn't let me add or remove anything anymore. Went to pay for what we had, knowing we had to make a secondorder for the drinks, and it said our order was blank. This was a $75 order, mind you, so we just cancelled it and left. Nopoint in reordering that much food. During this, the manger came to the front from the kitchen, saw there was an issue, and wentback into the kitchen. We could hear yelling while making our order as well. There were 2 people on break in the dining area,and while I don't expect them to help us if they're not getting paid, it would have been awesome if they went into the kitchento get someone who could help us. Some times nice staff, usually a long wait. Not always fresh food. Not always the cleanest. Not very well trained employees... unless they just don't pay attention, they mess up our order a lot. We found hair in our food. We try to avoid this one. It isgetting better though, they seem to go thru employees pretty quickly. They recently did updates but no bathroom. Read more
23 mins for walk in. C02 must be low, no/little carbonation in drink. Double quarter pounder had 1 patty in it, hard on edges,... setting out to long in open air. Ordered at 12:18, received at 12:42. What happened? You guys used to kill it. Read more
