Very inexpensive. The meat on the entrées tend to be low quality and gristly. This is really at best a good place to get a... sandwich, have breakfast, or have a drink at the bar. The reason for the low rating is not only due to the food but also themanager?s unprofessional behavior. He is rather mouthy. In my instance, he ultimately sat down on the other side of me andcontinuously talked over me to talk to other preferred customers while he ate. I called him out on it, and he respondedinappropriately online to my review. In the reply, he admitted to openly discussing it with the customers the following night. My question regarding his etiquette posed to another website confirmed I was correct about the situation. I have not been backsince. A regular go-to restaurant for my family and me. The St. James is a great local restaurant with history, atmosphere (especially... at the bar) and great food at reasonable prices. Their broasted chicken is hands down the best of any broasted chicken around. Read more
Really good place to eat (as long as you can find the right time to eat here, normally is pretty busy). Their prices are fair... even with the overall inflation going on. Not a five star restaurant, but a nice place to get some good hamburgers and steak fora family sit-down. Read more
