The only reason this place gets two stars is simply location and patio. Drinks and food are consistently well below standard,... you might even claim subpar. First of all great patio and location right by centennial lift. Food quality and portions are excellent. However I'm just... getting used to 20 dollar burgers but how about 27 and 29 dollar French dip and a 62 dollar small lunch size steak. Obviouslyresort and vacation pricing. Great food and drinks here. Fast service not compromising on the food at all. I had the pork shank and it was super meaty.
I usually can judge the quality of a restaurant by how they present their salads and their iceberg wedge did not disappoint! I... had the Sea Bass, my wife had the Filet and it was fantastic! Plus you can't beat the views right at the base of Beaver Creek!Highly recommend! Read more

YUM! Beaver Creek Chophouse was a perfect lunch after a long hike. Our waitress was very kind and had a few laughs with us- she... obviously cares about her job! We were seated on the patio and had an excellent view of the slopes as well. We all got burgersand sandwiches and they were excellent. My only critique would be that they were all overcooked. I ordered my burger (aspictured below) medium-rare, and got it almost well-done. I understand the food safety standpoint though. Next time we're up inBeaver Creek, we will definitely be back. Absolutely fantastic! The Beaver Creek Chophouse is the perfect spot to enjoy some exquisite comfort foods and signature... cocktails! It is located on the edge of Beaver Creek, facing the ski slopes. The interior decor is modern & trendy, but thepatio has incredible views of the mountains, ski slopes, and creek. Their Crispy Pork Belly Sliders are incredible, themac-n-cheese is unparalleled, and the Peach Salad is unique & delicious. The best thing on the menu is the PBJ+C cocktail!! ItLITERALLY tastes like a chocolate peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Oh, and the service is great too! Read more
