The view was great, the service was nice but the food was underwhelming. I expected more from Grouse. For the price, I expected... to be amazed, which did not happen. It was not very memorable and lacked flavor. Read more

The food is absolutely to die for! The cauliflower soup might have been the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth #pause. The... short rib melted in my mouth and was perfectly cooked. I would definitely come back to Beaver Creek just to eat here. 10/10!!! Read more

Grouse Mountain Grill provides an enjoyable culinary experience. The fresh baked bread with coarse salt and tapenade was a... great start. Shared the Kale salad with a refreshing cucumber green goddess dressing topped with a 6 minute egg rolled in pankoand lightly singed which was a nice addition. The pan seared scallops were large and perfectly cooked with a nice sear and asolid moist interior. They were accompanied by tender roasted multi colored carrots, cauliflower puree and a grape pistachiorelish which also made a delicious topping for the scallops. The New Zealand Elk loin stole the show. Cooked medium rare thismay have been the most tender meat I have had. If you have never had elk and are skeptical this is the place to try it. The elkwas appropriately served with a great combination of wild mushroom risotto, roasted beets, parsnips and a savory huckleberry juswhich provided a nice dipping sauce for the elk. The menu has a tempting selection of sides however we found we had plenty withwhat was included with the entres. We topped the dinner off with the "Bailey's" classic creme brulee which was one of the bestwe have had. The serving is big enough to share. If you're in the Beaver Creek village you will appreciate the creative menu andthe attention to detail from the chef and staff. Read more

Grouse Mountain Grill has become one of our favorite restaurants in the Vail Valley. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is... professional, friendly, and eager to make your evening perfect. The food is consistently delicious. Our favorite entrees are thepork chop and the beef tenderloin. We highly recommend this restaurant in The Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek. Read more

The restaurant is beautiful and feels special, the service was outstanding, the main courses were average unfortunately. My Elk... dish was bland and my wife didn't like her octopus at all. The waiter did graciously remove it from the bill. On a positivenote, my son loved his burger and the brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had and I'm a huge fan of brussel sprouts. Read more
