Placed an online order and was charged twice for some reason. Called and spoke to a female who proceeded to tell me she... couldn?t help me out because ?it?s the dinner rush and we?re busy now.? Arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my food and inquireabout the double charge. At the time, there were no customers and the employee in front was on her phone behind a cooler. Shetold me to come back the next day to speak with a manager and didn?t know how to correct the double charge. I was just reallybaffled by the whole interaction so I took my food and left. The charge was ultimately corrected but the way it was handled wasenough for me to never go back to this establishment ever again. The food was also subpar. Read more
Solid burgers. Very good and fast service. Ordered online for pick up in store Quick and easy. Food......i had a veg burger. It... was very good.just for burger and fries paid 18$ little much. But 10$ for the burger was worth it. Got fries and onion rings ona cajun seasoning. Seasoning was good. The onion rings were large and only like 3. But i lt was good. Fries.........a no no forme. From pick up and when i got home was less then 2 min. And the fries where already cold and stale ...i just got a bad batch iguess... Thats why 4 stars not 5. Friend got a diff. Still my favorite burger joint in the area. It's a great clean and modern location with plenty of seating, especially when its... warm enough to be on the patio. I love the breakfast all day burger (burger with hash brown, bacon, and egg with maple sauce).It's a heart attack on a bun but it's delicious. Their fries are also really good. We have been to this BurgerFi several times and enjoyed each and every time. The staff are very friendly and place is clean. The... meals are made to order. My wife likes the veggie burger and fries. I tried the chicken and avocado sandwich which was verytasty. The fries are outstanding. We highly recommend dining at BurgerFi. Read more
