7/28 visit was inauspicious. Food called in was cold, bacon was almost raw. Cheese in the wraps were not even melted. Had to... put it in my own oven to make it edible. Three or four young teens didn?t seem to be skilled in good customer service. When wecalled back because expensive large latte was too sweet, even after requesting one pump. I work nearby and come to this Dunkin' frequently. They're very quick.

I go to this dunkin frequently because I work nearby. every time I've gone, I've waited 10-20 minutes regularly to get my very... small order of a drink and sandwhich. Today I got asked twice what I was waiting for as I stood there for 20 minutes. after allthat, they didn't even make my drink correctly/used the wrong syrup. at least the sandwiches are good. sometimes I have tolisten to the employees fighting with each other about who's going to make the sandwich. One time I heard one guy say he didn'tknow how to make them so he tried to get someone else to make it. Also many of the employees seem to do a lot more chattingabout unrelated things than actually filling the orders. I understand employees may be new, trust me I've been there, but mostof them seem untrained or just not fit for the job. I'm not sure why they forget to make my order every single time. Read more
So I went in line and all ready you could tell everyone was very aggravated. I asked for a donut, egg bowl, a coffee for my dad,... and my coffee. Usullay dunkin does my Order right. If It?s ever wrong it?s Becaue I said it wrong, but after getting the sameorder so many times I know what to say. When it came up to my line it was a old women and a young man, he had these long fakenails and when I saw him making my food he only put one glove on. Both of them were talking about drama and family issues thatare private. They were chatting and forgetting about everyone?s order. I asked for a French vanilla swirl iced coffee, withcream, no sugar, and extra French vanilla swirl. I waited about 20 mins just to get my donut and egg bowl and even then itwasn?t even a long line so it wasnt about how many people. When I got my coffee he didn?t even make it right. It was just acoffee with cream and that?s all. If they focused and weren?t talking about so much drama they probably could of gotten theorders right. I understand slip ups but this was just pure immaturity and taking the easy way out. I?m disappointed, I?m usullaynot this upset but because all they did was talk about drama and not work I found myself very aggravated. Maybenext time Dunkin should look more into who they hire and how they will treat the costumer.
