I visited the Friendlys location in Avon with my mom and we were coming in for ice cream on a humid day, and Katie was very... accommodating and swift with assuring our orders and making them quite quickly for us. Will be back soon! Read more
Restaurant was dirty and looked in shambles. Was worse than the Manchester location when it was open. We waited about 10 minutes... for a table that was already open when we had arrived. The waitress smelled horribly and we had our ice cream and nearly ran outof there. Now I remember why I haven?t eaten at a Friendly?s in over four years. Read more
Brought my 6 yr old granddaughter for her first visit to Friendly's. Upon arriving the hostess brought us to our booth and gave... my granddaughter a cup of crayons and pics to color. She smiled when given that. She was kept busy and didn't complain onceabout waiting for her 2 cheeseburger sliders and a side. Part of her kids meal included a Cone head ice cream which put a bigsmile on her face. I enjoyed a Friendly's BLT and fries. Good but nothing to rave about. With lemonade and soda, tip includedbill was $28. Waitress was very friendly and we had a pleasant meal. Will be back. Read more
When I come eat at friendlies I usually get burgers or quesadillas, they have great food for a franchise and I love coming to... enjoy new menu items. The ice cream is fantastic and the atmosphere at this store is still a traditional friendlies, it is notold or outdated looking but classic store. The staff and waiting service are always super friendly and very quick, everyonealways smiles! I don't often visit Friendly's but when I do -- I always stick with the same dinner. I can't ever not order the Turkey Dinner!... It is truly one of my favorites. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. We had a wonderful dining experience and will be back! Read more
