I always love going to Starbucks for a fancy drink but I have to be honest in that the insanity at the ordering line is not all... that much fun. You stand there in a flock of people waiting to hear your name mispronounced and written wrong on a cup :-) Ihave to say the pumpkin latte was delicious but to stand there and wait for God knows how many orders to come before you andthen to have to say oh where's my scone and you have to be redirected to a different part of the line and then have to waitagain it's not always the most fun in the world and the school really was not up to traditional levels of stonedom. :-) theywere okay but nothing to write home about. Me and my friend came in at 7:30, close to closing, and ordered 2 drinks. Mine was simple but alittle custom, and was a... pineapple blended with vanilla, when the barista took a our order she didn?t know how to put it in so she asked her coworker, hehas brown curly hair, was wearing makeup, and glasses. He was absolutely ridiculously rude to us, and talked down to us as if wewere less then him, I understand it was a custom order 30 mins before closing, but it took him 1 minute to do and after I didn?teven want it because of how rude he was. He acted as if he was better, and we were just annoying girls who were wasting histime. I really hope whoever this is gets a reality check, bc you simply cannot treat customers like this. Read more
Everyone that works here is very friendly, but it?s very disorganized. I order 1 drink and every time I go my order gets lost,... I wait around 20 minutes, and when I get my drink it?s not made right. People around me who ordered multiple drinks receiveprecedence even if I ordered before they did. The amount of business makes me feel pressured to not complain and I just don?tcome as often as I might due to the problems I experience here. Read more
Used the app to order as it looked really busy inside. After about 10 minutes my daughter went in to see if it was ready. A... young staff member asked what name it was under then told her it wasn't made yet and walked away. A few minutes later a malestaff member said he would check on the order- it had been sitting there all along. Rather disappointing service given that wewere trying to stay safe and use the app. Read more
Nice employees but seriously I have to wait so long every single time for my food/drink. All I ordered were egg bites and 30... minutes later still waiting. Might want to look at making this location a bit more efficient. If you?re in a rush or expectingthe usual quick service this is not the place for you. Read more
I have never been a big fan of Starbucks coffee as it can be hit or miss depending on the barrista. Unfortunately there aren't... very many other cafe's around. Maybe Starbucks put them out of business? The lemon cake is very nice though. Read more
