I read some of the other reviews and have a hard time believing the one star reviews. We've been ordering Vivaldi's for a few... years now and it's always been great food and great service. I messed up once when ordering online from my phone and submittedmy order twice. When I called they apologized for not being able to refund right away but took my info and the manager called methe next day to process the refund on my credit card.
