The food was great! So good. The bartender was practically useless though. She complained out loud, about bad tippers of all... things, and just seemed to have more important things gs to do. There was no one else at the bar, just my wife and I. Now who ipresume is the restaurant owner is a rude loud woman with a hateful disposition that never should be inside the place, ever.Her energy and mouth are so negative we near walked out before our food was served. The server was nice but the service wasn't very good we were there for about two hours (only my sister and I) and there were... tables that were empty so they weren't busy for a Friday night. The food appeared to look nice but the food did not taste thegreatest. We ate about half our meals (we were hungry and also did not want to appear rude, and my sister's meal needed a knifewhich we asked for multiple times, when we finally got one, we were finished eating) but couldn't eat anymore, felt like we wereforcing ourselves. The WORST dining experience EVER!!! There was literally ONE server and all of these non working "Manager's " walking around! I... legit had to ask for napkins to wipe my hands after eating hot wings. I asked the waitress if the wings were only drums and wastold, "No, it was a good mixture." Well see picture for my good mixture. No refills on drinks. Everytime I asked it was, " oneminute." One minute turned into 30 minutes. I was there an hour and 49 minutes to receive wings( that came out cold as heckthat had to take to go salad and a corn dog kid's meal. ???????? Waitress was great. They were at approximately 15% occupancy and waited an hour for appetizers. Manager was so "busy" forgot to... bring just sweeteners for tea. 20 min. later had to go hunt it down myself. Can't imagine if this place was actually busy. Read more
We waited for 15 minutes to be seated while 5 employees ran around the store ignoring us and ended up seating ourselves. The... hostess kept going in the back room for 15-20 minutes then would seat a few people then go back into the back again. The bartender served us and did a good job keeping up with everything. They had a TON of empty tables and now I know why. I will not begoing back anytime soon. Read more
Didn't know where to go for lunch. Thought about Portillos. Thought about Longhorn (didn't see many people there), but kept... going. Saw Applebees and haven't had that in awhile. Not many cars in the parking lot (sounds good!). Came in and went to thebar. Waited a couple minutes and was greeted by Davona. She was sweet and kept up with drinks (water and tea). Looked throughthen menu and decided on the Four-Cheese Mac &Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. Glad I went with that. Sweet, cheesy anda little on the salty side and the chicken was perfect. So delicious! Also came with a bread stick and surprisingly that wasgood and well seasoned. For the price, it was worth it! Will be back! Also, I can watch Cubs game here! They are so understaffed that it?s hard to give 5 stars. They did a good job given their staffing problems. Food was good.
