I wish they would slice the roast beef at the time of the order like Arby's used to. It definitely tastes better than slicing... and having it sit around. They need to clean the dining room more often. Read more
Ordered a super roast beef combo and the sandwich had hardly any roast beef. This is the second time in four months I had a... horrible excuse for a sandwich from this location. I love Arby's but this location definitely needs some training on how toproperly make a sandwich. If anybody reads these reviews please offer a helping hand. Picking up a DoorDash order from this location. The sign outside said that the dining room was open so I parked. Two employees... saw me, ran to the door and locked it before I have a chance to make it there. It was 10:30 in the morning. I go through drivethru for the order and waited another 20 minutes for the order that should have been done a while ago. When I finally got thefood and drove off, I noticed several employees in the dining room eating meals. Kind of ridiculous, will be declining ordersfrom that location. It wasn?t even my food but I was also disgusted that employees were handling food without gloves. Servicewas seriously poor, super unprofessional. Read more
Bunch of incompetence at this Arbys. Fire the employees because they are putting out trash food and ignoring customers orders.... Will never eat another Arbys meal. Worthless. Deserve less than minimum wage. Read more
