If I could give zero starts I would! The service or lack of service I received tonight was just downright awful. I placed an... online order to be picked up at 5. I arrived at the restaurant around 4:50ish thinking I was going to be right on time… Wrong.The girl running carry out told me I had a 20 minute wait with no explanation. She didn’t tell me if they were short staffed,she didn’t tell me if the kitchen was backed up, she didn’t tell me anything. Just that I had a 20 minute wait. After shewent back into the kitchen I did a sweep of the restaurant to see that for a Saturday afternoon/evening it was pretty dead andthere were staff just standing around. So I was confused as to what was going on in the kitchen. But I sat there and waited andthe same girl came out 15 minutes later and asked for my name again and then disappeared. 20 minutes passed and she came out andasked again for my name again and then went back into the kitchen and brought out my order, placed it on the counter, and thenwent back to what she was doing. No sorry for your wait. No have a great rest of your night. Nothing. Once I got home andstarted to unpack the food I noticed that I was missing food out of my order. But that’s not the worst part. The worst partwas biting into an over cooked DRY shell with undercooked chicken on the inside. I immediately spit it out and washed it downwith a drink. I then opened up the rest of the wing boxes and saw that each wing was dry and begging for some sauce just likethe one I had bitten into. I don’t remember ordering extra dry wings. I would have liked some sauce with them! The celery thatwas also in the order was mushy. Every single piece. Gross! So down the drain $60 worth of food goes. This location used to beon the top of its game. I would have happily chosen this location over its competitors. But never again. I'm not a big fan of this chain. I've been to many locations throughout the years and just haven't really enjoyed their wings... after trying several different styles and flavors. I did try their nachos this time and must say that the flavor was fantastic!My drink order was incorrect but I think it could have been my communication to the young waitress and they quickly correctedit. Our waitress was sweet and polite and my overall experience was great. I will return to this location and will be more opento going to other locations when invited by friends. Our party of 7 took 30min to seat with clear open seating available. Extremely slow service. The appetizer came out after 6... people were served their meal. The 7th meal came after everyone else was done eating. Simple, if you cannot staff the place,don’t open for service. You’re ruining the brand. Read more
I phoned multiple for near 30 minutes trying to place a Togo order. While driving to the store. The phone would automatically... hang up it rang so long Once I arrived. There was a sign directing take out orders to the bar. I waited there what seemed 10minutes watching the bar tender making drinks. Even observed a patron sitting at a table with an empty glass trying to get theirattention with no luck. Once I placed my order. The bar tender went back to making drinks. They did not place my order into thecomputer fir a few more minutes. Seems alot of people must need alcohol, While waiting, I heard the phone ring and ring andring. Stopped here while we were in Indy for an event. We waited for a little while to be seated, but we were seated and promptly... asked what we would like to drink. Upon asking what was on tap the waiter said she was new and would have to find out, she wasnice and seemed embarrassed. She came back and we ordered our drinks, they came out quickly. We then ordered our food. I got theWisconsin cheese curd burger w/o tomato. It and the fries were delicious, fresh and hot. This was a good experience, and farbetter than the last experience I had at a Buffalo Wild Wings back home. Read more
We have tried over and over at this location and not once have they gotten a single order correct. Each time we order 30... boneless wings half honey bbq half Buffalo sauce so I wouldn’t think it would be all that difficult. Tonight there was a mixup with the timing of my online order, no big deal. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting almost 45 minutesthey came out with my order and I should have checked before I left but I didn’t because I was tired and hungry. Of coursethey gave us traditional wings with different sauces and none of the 6 ranch dressings that should come with it. No one willanswer the phone so I can’t even try to resolve this with them. I would've given my experience 1 star, but they at least got one part of my order correct (my Asian zing wings). Other than... that, everything was wrong. I got 10 wings without sauce on them, no celery as ordered,, no ranch as ordered, and a box of"large" soggy fries that looked like the employee just grabbed a handful and tossed them in a box. Our last visit to BWW was better than others. The food was great. Wings had plenty of sauce (normally they are barely sauced).... Our server was attentive but not overbearing. The only negative was the TV volume. They were so loud when we arrived. Having aconversation across our table was pretty difficult. Overall not a bad experience. Read more
