So we are learning that our local Chipotle is amazing. Why you ask. Every time we go to another Chipotle they don't have things... like veggies, or others things that you generally order. Slow. And not apologetic which is salt in the proverbial wound. Read more
We love Chipotle! However this last visit about half of the chips were stale and the doors had been locked even though they were... clearly open. I had to wait for someone to come out to let me in. I probably would have left except I had already ordered/paidand was picking up my food. Read more

Metal in my food?! Was not expecting to find a metal twist tie in my food, but glad I caught it before I started eating. There... are multiple shard pieces throughout the bowl? Someone had to have noticed this while making it, it seems very careless andalmost intentional. Not only that, but why are the chip bags almost empty?!! We were totally disappointed in the catering service from the Chipotle location at Avon, IN. We ordered Triple Protein for 60... people for an event. They delivered the food with one container of chicken with a bunch of spinach which wasn?t in the menu.There were also no black beans, Fajita Veggies and no sour cream. I tried to call the store, but it was impossible to reachthem. When we did reach someone, they said the driver left a box in the store and then asked me to send the driver back to therestaurant so that she could deliver the box. The driver had already left. They shouldn?t have even waited until I called, theyshould have been responsible and sent the box immediately without me having to call them. We had to wait an hour for the rest ofthe food to be delivered to us. They just ruined our schedule for the event. Read more
