It was pretty busy. We were there for a birthday party. I opted to get a salad bar. I went through twice. It was out of stuff... both times. We had ordered a couple of extra pizzas and only got one. They didn't kick us off the party table at the end oftime, though. Someone took off with the photo of my daughter and I :-( Still. My kids had a blast, and they got to keep theirChuck E cups and won prizes. They don't care how their pizza ranks on the gourmand scale- so I would still call it a success. I?d give it 1/2 star. After asking for our pizzas 3x over 1.5 hours tonight (not busy), we got it. I asked for a refund, was... told no. Avoid the Avon, IN location at all costs. Horrible customer service. Scott ?manager ? was anything but nice. So muchfor the $46 for two pizzas and four drinks, and another $40+ for gameplay bracelets. Got me once. Won?t get me again. Most of the staff is fantastic! Salad bar is kept on rotation and ice is added constantly. Manager seems way overworked and is... usually pretty good with any issues though on a busy night he can be a little rude. Employees are good about fixing games,getting tickets stocked and clearing tables. Read more
Promised our son to come to this germ infestation for doing so well on his reward chart. On a Saturday after Christmas has got... to be the best time to come. Busy, but not crazy busy. The ticket redeem machines has 4 in a spot, but only one was working.Some parents should keep their eyes on their kids more as they would walk up to the four of us playing a ball pit game, andwelcomed themselves. I think she was like 5, but still mom and dad were no where near by. We had a lot of fun, my boy toy gotridiculously competitive playing a kids game. Had to remind him he's 32, and not 3. My son cried when someone took his tickersfrom his game before his game was finished. A learning experience to tell him how cruel kids and adults can be to steal what isyours. And lastly, my 2 year old decided to lay on the ground behind us and try to nap. Lol that's when I left with her.Currently waiting for my boyfriend and son to finish their time while my daughter is sleeping in her car seat. A great familyfriendly atmosphere. We went to Chuck E. Cheese yesterday (Sunday). There are a bunch of kids working there that don?t seem to know what they?re... doing. We bought play cards for the kids and they didn?t work and had to go to the counter twice to get them activated . I had acoupon for free tickets (it was my boys fourth birthday) and the kid at the counter said he had no idea how to do it. I didn?tbuy the birthday party package but there was a party there and during the Chuck E dance you could tell the employees didn?twant to do it. It was sort of depressing, especially with how expensive the birthday packages are. The pizza was good as alwaysand the kids had fun with the games regardless; I guess I was just expecting a little more. Read more
