I asked via phone. I am Costarican and I may have an accent. But this would never justify ordering 1/2 pie only cheese+black... olives & 1/2 ham/cheese, and getting the whole pie combined. I was properly received. I have used this placed so many times Iwas sure it would be fine. I trusted their work and that is why I did not check before getting home. Used the app before 6pm and was given an estimate for an hour to be delivered. After an hour, the app still showed it wasn't... being cooked yet. I got excuses and was told it would be another hour. I cancelled my order. I gave them a chance because of thecompany claiming improvements, and they are just as slow as before. Use ANY other pizza place in Avon over Domino's. Read more
Took over an hour and my pizza wasn?t even in the oven called to get the details. Spoke with someone who said they were the... ?manager? but wouldn?t give their name and was incredibly rude. As your job position is customer service she had the worstcustomer service I?ve ever received. She was nasty from the moment she answered the phone and gave no help whatsoever. This Dominos is my go to but for the first time I'm really disappointed. The standard was gone. Their pizza we're always topped... well and and cut well. Now I will say that I already contacted then and was given a partial credit for them being undersized butthese other issues were not completely noted until after. The size a side the pizza we're cut so badly. You are literallyripping the slices apart. The cuts did notgo all the way through. Now on two of the 3 pizzas you had spots of just cookeddough...no actual toppings or sauce. I know they definitely have new people but I do hope they get them up to speed and checkthem better. O.M.G. This place completely changed a little over a year ago. For some reason I start seeing a lot of new people at night.... After that everything went down to the drain. Some of them I think actually get trained by making our pizza. One day I got halfway cooked pizza and one day I ordered Pan and recived whay maybe look like hand tossed.
