I usually have no issue at all at this location as we frequent it often but for some reason today it was AWFUL to say the least.... I waited at the window for 6 minutes before even being as to order. (Never even greeted me to say they someone would help mesoon or anything.....That should've been my clue to keep moving.) ???? After paying for my food, I sat another 13 minutes beforeI received my food. That's right 19:34 to be exact!! I have pictures of my phone timer connected to my car, because my husbandhappened to call as I pulled up to the restaurant--- to verify how long this took. All I ordered was a Spaghetti with Meatballsmeal with a slice of pizza and a coke for my teenager! It's almost as if they had to go pick it up from elsewhere to give itme. ...and to add insult to injury the cashier was as RUDE as they come. No customer service at all but as she handed my food tome made sure to smirk a, "Thank You!"Just absurd. People don't have to eat at this restaurant you know!! The food came out correct and tasty. Their Cesar salad, is... interesting. Came with a party of 7 and the food came out in a... timely manner. Restaurant is clean and it didn't take long for the tables to get clean once people left. The bathrooms wereclean as well, which is a struggle for most other restaurants. We have gone to this location in the past and loved it? however, this time it was horrible? I ordered mozzarella skewers and a... baked spaghetti. The skewers were cold upon arrival. The baked spaghetti however did not arrive. I had to remind the cashierabout the baked spaghetti. My family finished their meal before I received my food. The bread sticks tasted like wet crescentrolls?. And well, our first sign should have been the upkeep of the facility. Trash all over the floor and the cabinets by thedrink station are not even attached?. We over heard another family be asked what they ordered because they could not rememberand only brought out half their order too. I never got the baked spaghetti. I had to ask for a refund after an hour of waiting?the manager at first started to say there were people ahead of me and justifying it. She did apologize and gave me a refund. Read more
Food was excellent. Had the Pamesan Encrusted Shrimp Bake, breadsticks and water. The food was actually delicious. My only issue... was that the place looks like it needs a serious cleaning. Some of that is caused by sloppy customers. Read more
We have never had a bad experience at this location. Our orders have always been correct, and steaming hot. Every bad experience... we've ever had has been a delivery issue (Uber Eats). They always only bring half our order, and since they already got theirtip, they just shrug when you ask about the rest of your food, and they walk off. This last time, our delivery driver, MubarackO, couldn't have cared less that he brought only half our order and blamed it on Fazoli's. When I called Fazoli's, Jeffanswered, and he knew exactly what we called about. He said all the food was on a rack, ready for the driver to grab. He saidwhen he walked out and saw that the driver only took half the order, he tried to catch him, but wasn't successful. He asked ifwe'd be willing to come in for the rest of the order, and he took really good care of us. Jeff exceeded the standard of customerservice, Uber Eats and Mubarack, not so much. Read more
