McDonalds...they're all the same really. Serves its purpose. Yes I asked for the new Happy Meal that they had signage for in the... drive thru. They were out so it'd be nice if a sign or even a blank paper was over it. No big deal tho. Read more
Hands down this place has the worst customer service! Walked in to pick up an order and the representative behind the counter... looks at me then proceeds to go to the drive-thru window and piddle around. She clearly wasn?t completing a task, as she hadtime to grab her phone off the counter and reply to a few notifications. While doing so she keeps looking over at myself andanother woman who is now standing there. Then another representative looks over, turns to the girl playing on her phone and theybegin to have a conversation. After about 5 minutes of waiting patiently I stepped forward and said ?excuse me.? One of thegirls comes over, clearly irritated, I interrupted their conversation. Her attitude and tone was rude. I?ve worked in customerservice all my life, it takes 2 seconds of your time to ask ?have you been helped.? I?ll avoid this location at all cost movingforward! Read more
The kids fries are a JOKE especially the way the employees handle the quality and quantity. Several times in a KIDS order are... they always SHORT on 1 of 3 food ingredients. Knowing this I always ask for extra fries and TODAY the employees were refusing togive me both apple slices or extra fries. You can't give both to a paying customer?! Watch out for the FOOD POLICE! This is the best McDonalds in the region. There's a reason it's busy! Even with lines, the team is efficient and professional.... Facility is clean, and the app deals work regularly. Best, I've only had the "ice cream machine broken" ONCE! (which, forMcDonald's, is amazing) So yes, it's not Chick Fil A, but for a McDs, this is want you want - quick, cheap, but also clean andcourteous. Read more
Specifically requested a fresh cheeseburger (around 11 at night with no other cars in the drive thru) and got an oversalted... hockey puck instead. They ran out of Dr. Pepper. How does that happen? Oh wait, poor management. The food didn't even taste like McDonald's. Super... busy had to wait about 35 minutes for 3 drinks 2 10 piece nuggets and 3 fries. Yes, the food was cold when we finally got ittoo. A lot of employees should be replaced here. Read more
