I'm so very disappointed in my order. I ordered a papadias. It was so small and over cooked. I also ordered some bbq chicken... poppers. Barely has enough sauce on them. My order looked like it was rushed and very sloppy. It would be nice if the foodlooked anything like the pictures. The quality of this food is garbage. I will most likely never order from here again. Pizza was made wrong, attitude from the worker and no call back from upper management. My pizza was made incorrectly. Called and... spoke to Devon, who had the worst attitude! Said he was going to refund me and never did! If he was at all helpful I may havelet it go. I called customer service, who was supposed to forward this to upper management, who would then call me back. Guesswhat? No call.... So how am I supposed to get my money back that I was promised for papa John making an error on my order? Guess I won't. I usually go pick up my order, but this time I thought that I would have it delivered. I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage... at a cost $12.50. After door dash and a $2.50 tip I spent around $22. I could have went to a nice restaurant for that. Not doinganymore deliveries from that place. I don?t want some 3rd party handling my food and charging me $5 to do so. Read more
Honestly, Papa John's gets a lot of heat from people. I get it, sometimes things don't turn out, the order is incorrect, people... having bad days and bringing it to work. But last night, we ordered 2 large pizzas and they looked good and they tasted good!They were both correct and the whoever the delivery driver was, shout out to him! Read more
This is the last Papa John's pizza I order. I ordered a large Pepperoni, Sausage & Six Cheese Pizza (Specialty) with extra... sauce. First, it took an hour to deliver on Sunday evening. Worse, it was a terrible excuse for pizza and a total waste of$25! The crust was 1 1/2 - 2 inches followed by another inch of dried, stained, sauce - certainly not extra and not evennormal. The crust, of which there was a lot, was dry and tough - even the garlic butter couldn't save it. A DiGiorno's frozenpizza has better crust than this. Finally, the toppings were supposed to include parmesan cheese but didn't have any that was discernible, and the 6 cheese blend was also indiscernible from mozzarella. The amount of toppings would be good for an 8 - 10inch pizza but NOT a 14 inch large! Of course, the pizza had assumed room temperature and I had to put it in the oven toreheat. I called the store and the manager quickly offered a store credit, but I don't know if I'll use it. My usual pizzadelivery comes from Pizzaville but that evening their delivery time was an hour - so I ordered Papa John's thinking they wouldbe faster - which they weren't. Husband brought this home from this location today, taste like cardboard, half the crust is so thin it's almost as thin as... paper, and then some is barely raised at all, box says crust that's perfectly pillowy lol and pretty sure that's not this pizza,very disappointed , will not be purchasing from thos location anymore, stick to the one thats closer to our house he justhappend to be next door at an appointment so he picked some up to bring home. False advertisement and should be disappointed inthe quality that they sent this out like this, they didn't even care it's obvious oh forgot to add that one of the garlic wereopen and leaked all over inside the box and the outside but my husband didn't realize till he got home and was eating it and thebox was literally soaked from garlic Read more
Ordered on doordash and originally they sent the wrong pizza entirely. Got a refund through doordash and re ordered the pizza.... Pizza was stuck to the pan it was cooked on and was only able to get 3 pieces off to actually eat. This papa johns was calledboth times and they told me I had to do everything through doordash and get a refund. I just wanted a pizza bro. I understandordering through doordash is a different system but straight up I just wanted a pepperoni pizza for dinner. Guess that?s toomuch to ask for from this place ??????????? Read more
Terrible ordering experience. Took 20min to try to place an order through their 3rd party ordering system. I was hung up on so I... contacted the store directly and was apologized and promised a discount. I didn?t not receive a discount, but an extra pizza wasdelivered instead. It went to waste because I ordered what would be eaten to begin with. Lastly, the garlic knots were a joke(pictured). They made them out of pizza dough and attempted to season them. Terrible.
