In bad shape! And $40 Course has a lot of potential, but they have a long way to go and I feel like it has gotten worse. I... will not play here again until it gets better. Read more

I was disappointed with the course. There were issues with the tee boxes not having enough grass over sand and dirt to hit from.... Also the greens are poorly maintained as several greens have bare spots and makes putting almost impossible. Meanwhile they arecharging $34.50 for 9 holes w/cart. I just played at Southern Dunes a day prior and paid $34 for 18 holes with a cart and it?snight and day difference of a well maintained course. I will say it?s a quiet and peaceful course but needs to be maintainedbetter. Read more

Played there today with my son. So disappointing. The course is in horrible shape, but the cost doesn?t reflect that. 60 for 2... for 9 holes. Bare fairways, greens with huge burn spots, and unkept rough. This was at one point the premier golf club inHendricks county if not Indiana. I sincerely hope there is a plan to revitalize this course. If not for the county but for thefolks that bought homes on the course. The course has so much potential to be great again ( ;) ) Read more

Horrible golf course if I could give it negative stars I would. 49 dollars to play the fair ways and tee box's are dirt I would... not recommend to anyone. Read more

This has to be the worst golf course I have played in Indiana. You need a hammer to tee up, the fairways are half dead and so... are the greens. And to top it off, they raised the price to $49. It has been nicer in the past and hopefully they fix it up. Fornow I'll be playing elsewhere. Read more

Pros: 1. A great practice putting green. - 4 practice holes with room to chip from the fringe and rough 2. Easy check-in with... very polite staff - Super friendly and easy to work with 3. Great bar - Drink selection was fairly nice and snack options wereclassic 4. Comfortable golf carts equipped with an interactive GPS and scorecard feature. Cons: 1. Unkempt tee boxes (picturedprovided) - occasionally looking for places to tee up without grass between the ball and driver 2. Fairways were rough - coveredin grass clippings, scattered with clover, and patched with knee-high grass around places a weedeater should go 3. Bunkers werewithout sand 4. Greens were cratered with ball marks We chose Prestwick based on its proximity to another destination on ourvisit to the Indy area. And the pictures showed a promising destination at that. I see now, writing this review, that all butone golf course picture here is from years ago and are not accurate of today's course or designed hazards. Overall, our group'sexperience was poor. We had high hopes given the exceptional service at arrival and the well-kept practice green. The first teebox and fairway and green were in great shape, too! From there, Prestwick went downhill quickly leaving much to be desired. Thecourse conditions are described in the cons list above. Given the exceptional weather for spring this year, course conditionsall around Indiana are some of the best I've seen, but not at Prestwick. Two of the three people in our group were first-timersat Prestwick, but definitely no strangers to golf. The third, an Indy-area native, has played Prestwick at all points of itshistory. None of us will be back. Outside of course amenities and conditions, the regulars weren't too polite. Even with two ofus never playing the course before and the potential to lose your ball in unkempt fairways, we were paced for a 4 hour round. The regulars, who had to wait for a grand total of 2 lost ball searches, were audibly a Read more

1st time I have been to this golf course and it was great. The fairways and greens was well taken care of for the beginning of... the season. After the first nine we stopped in the clubhouse to order snacks and a Jack & coke. Very happy with everythingoverall and will be going back again ???????? Read more
