Edit: tried to give this store another chance for my husband. It is 8:53 p.m., and the sign says open daily until 9:30 p.m. all... doors are locked. My previous review stands... I am done with this Subway. It seems that the last few times my husband and Ihave ate t this store, we have had an issue. Tonight, I stopped and picked up a couple of sandwiches for dinner, and when Iwalked in and saw them being made, I immediately could tell it was going to be a mess and fall apart when I started to eat mine. When I pointed it out to the girl who seemed to be in charge, she very passively said "I disagree" with the most fake smile Ihave ever received in food service. She proceeded to toast and make my sandwich while I watched (like we all do), and I couldtell it was going to be bad. Once she completed putting it together, she had to push so hard to keep the veggies in (I only getspinach and tomato, not a pile on kind of gal) on the sandwich that it was flattened out. I get lunch here quite often. Never had any isues until today, 8-02-21 around 1 pm. There was a female and male working. The... male was very nice...even heard him asking a little girl if she wanted a cookie...but the female was obviously irate aboutsomething. I asked her if she was okay. (I wanted her to realize her customer service was a 0 at this point.) She answered yesand kept up with the attitude. Gave out a big sigh every time the door opened with more customers. Not sure what her issue wasat this point but she did not want to be serving customers and it showed. She should not be dealing with the public if you wantthis location to succeed. Read more
Dropped in at noon and was out in less than 10 minutes. They even were able to split my foot long and individually wrap each... half and put each in separate bags. Read more
Can't remember the other dude's name but David doesn't try to cheat you on your sandwich (like some places) and Sally is nice... every time I see her. I generally will drive out of my way to go to this subway over others. Read more
went in just now for lunch. staff were very rude, different experience than other reviewers. ordered 3 subs for my fam, they... are all put out as i describe how i want the sandwiches made (nothing specific just standard sandwiches one was a plain ham andcheese for 4 yo) followed by a terse "I take it this will be to go". Yes. Thank you. I was still very nice and still thankedthem despite all of this. what did i do to you other than be a customer at 11 am on saturday? Read more
Subway is America is horrible. Simple?s don?t bother.
