It is so hot in the dining room. They have the heat on full - blast. I noticed in the bathroom the air conditioner is on in... there. I just spent 15 minutes in the drive thru only to be told at the window they didn’t have some items we ordered. I’m not... really sure how this location is still in business. Over the past two months I have made two attempts to go to this location.Last time they didn’t have chicken nuggets. This time they were out of Diet Coke, chicken nuggets, and bakedpotatoes. Between the odd hours and never really knowing when they will be open or closed and seemingly always having theslowest service of any fast food I’ve encountered along with the mediocre food (if they even have it), again I’m not surehow this location manages to stay open? I stopped by there @5:50 and the door was locked. I was going to try that pretzel pub burger and I was not going to eat that in... my car. While sitting back in my car a van pulled up next to me. There was about 6 people in it and I told them that the doorwas locked. They left also, so that was 7 people Wendy’s lost as customers. I won’t waste my time driving there anymore andI can understand why their stores are hurting for business. Read more
This was the most disgusting meal. Absolutely everything was wrong. Order was messed up. No bacon on one baconator and... missing one patty on the other. Dry and missing condiments. Granted things look different than advertised but this isridiculous. Fries we had a large and small. There was more in the small box than the large. Both looked like they were scrapedoff the bottom of the fryer. Super brown, soggy and cold. Out of chili. Read more
Ordered chicken sandwich, waited about ten minutes for chicken to cook. Got home and sandwich has no chicken. Also told as food... was handed off that they had no biscuits (sandwich was supposed to be biscuit). Read more
I have lived near this Wendy’s for years and everyone I decide to give them another try it’s always the same thing. Either... they are closed during hours they should be open, or the fries and Nuggets are cold. We also have to wait for a long time forsomeone to come to the intercom, then the window. Plainfield Wendy’s is further but always a much better experience! Read more
They take mobile orders and then You have to wait in the drive thru, no point to mobile orders. I guess Wendy's wants to be a... blip in history. And it’s a lie about staffing other restaurants have opened fully staffed. Tired of the lies, if you payhalf way decent you have staff. Corporate needs to fix this. Read more
I used to work at Wendy's, and the burger I was served should have been taken out of the tray and frozen for chili meat a long... time ago. I ate my jerky burger and old fries, but I don't recommend this location. I can assure you I won't be back. Read more
