I ordered a double NO CHEESE I got a burger that had been sitting for hours and it had CHEESE on it the fries were ICE COLD .... It's ridiculous that my meal was $11 and some change and it wouldn't give it to my dog. The lack of paying attention to thecustomer and making sure each meal is FRESH and correct before going to the customer. Days of good food and good service fromWENDY'S has gone out the door since covid. I vow to NEVER go back to another Wendy's. The one star is too much. Absolutely the BEST Wendy's I've ever been to! Was omw to a customer's house (in the area) and ordered ahead when I left work. I... placed a carryout order. When I arrived, inside was closed due to construction and maybe short of staff. I was immediately NOThappy but parked in the Mobile Order spots and called the store. After just a few rings, someone answered and they solved theproblem immediately. My food was brought out to my vehicle in just a few minutes (my work vehicle wouldn't fit through thedrive-thru) & she was super sweet and nice and downright AMAZING!!!!!!!! And the food was almost as good as their service! Aboveand beyond! And I literally get that NO OTHER places these days. Whoever runs the Sunday morning window must hate there job and clearly wants to drive away business. Didn?t even order because... of how rude the guy was. If you hate your job, quit. Don't waste your time with this place. Have had issues every single time I've visited. Payment system down, out of fries/cups,... frosty machine not working, etc. Dining room has never been open any time either. Read more
Horrible experience. Got my food and the order was wrong. Drink was very watered down. I ordered spicy nuggets and received... regular. Had to wait in the drive through line for 10mins because the doors are locked. I was served Luke warm spicy nuggets andasked for a fresh batch and I did not mind waiting. I was pulling off and the guy at the window called me ?dumb ass? while mychildren were in the car. He was a black guy, heavy set with glasses. Deserves 0 stars. This store has been terrible for a while. Only went there because White Castle was closed for remodel. The... food we did get was old and cold. Didn't receive our whole order so hubby went back. Had to sit in drive thru since inside isclosed. Asked them to replace his fries since they were really cold by then, and man said he couldn't, since they weren'tmissing, and "it wasn't his problem." Wendy's, this location should really be closed! They can't get help, and when they do,it's the worst. Can't even open the inside (I assume due to lack of help, not covid). Wendy's used to have the best service andthe freshest food. They don't care anymore about customers. They are open until 9pm with cars of employees in the back. You'll pull up to the... drive thru and they will not answer. Later as I am typing this, 2 employees come out of the back and talking. They are alsoseeing many potential customers coming and going. How much money is lost this day.
