I picked up a to go order and they had forgotten some wings when I left the manager called me... immediately to tell me and when I went back he promised me some free ones on the next order and a different manager completed myorder with the extra wings and were very polite. The last couple times I've been there you couldn't taste the seasoning. Just dry chicken. I will not go back to the Avon... location. I'll go out of my way to 10th and Lyndhurst adding about 20 minutes to my drive just to get great tasting wings. Iwish Avon could get their act together but I'm not gonna keep wasting $40 a pop to keep getting screwed. Read more
I?ve come to this location a few times since they?ve opened and my last interaction with them was horrible. I placed and online... order and was called minutes later to be told an item was out of stock and I needed to change my order. When I wanted to cancelinstead, I had to call back and some woman told me I would have a refund within 3-5 days. THIS WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. I?m not spendingmoney in here if I can?t even get my money back. Then I tried to call and when I asked for the store manager, I was put on holdfor over 20 minutes after the girl who answered the phone gave a looooong pause after I asked to speak to a manager. 10/10Would not recommend. Staff were prompt and friendly. Voodoo fries were A+. The soda machine was out of a lot of flavors. No lemonade. No vanilla... coke. The regular coke is a bit blah and needs refreshed, but overall great experience Read more
My only complaint with this store is that they do not follow the special instructions you put in when you order. The website... allows you to select certain things including "well done" or crispy. Each time we've ordered from this location the taste isgreat, but the wings are not crispy at all and we have to put them in the air fryer when we get home. Honestly, it seems silly,but don't allow a selection if you won't follow it. Read more
The staff was playing loud rap music with inappropriate language on top of the music that was already playing in the store to... the point I couldn?t even talk to the person across from me at the table. I ordered 10 wings with a side of ranch. $10 for the wings and $4 and some change for the ranch. Brought it home and I?m pretty... sure this is a whole bottle of ranch. I?ve had better. I called and asked about the size of the ranch (if this was to beexpected) and apparently I need to specify the size I want and I was rudely hung up on. I love Wingstop. I've visited numerous times over the years. But, tonight was really really poor. I placed a deferred order for... a pickup at a certain time, anyone I picked it up. My bag was not hot. When I got home, my fries were cold and not cooked allthe way. They were chewy. The rest of my food had to be warmed up in the microwave. I submitted a complaint to corporate, and Ihope I hear something back. Read more
