Is not bad they do mess up alot of orders but it's cool
Love my local Dunkin. Order from the mobile app so often for the free beverage rewards. Orders are almost always correct, but... just like any where mistakes can happen. They are always quick to fix anything. Coffee is always fresh and orders are madequickly but accurately . Thank you ! Read more
Car wash didn't work properly - left soap on car. Did NOT RINSE AND DID NOT DRY. Went in to tell clerk. He gave me ticket to... use in other bay. Went back out and used other bay. Did Not rinse completely and did NOT dry. Went back to clerk. Sorry ,-no guarantee.. Try our location near exit 9??? Told him to call someone and he said a repair guy had just been there. Read more
Normally LOVE this Dunkin. Gave 4 stars because my most recent visits have not been the greatest. Most of the people who work... here are great, there are a few however that can be quite rude! And the coffee can occasionally be hit or miss, it depends onwho is working and when! Read more
We love their food and drinks but lately they've been messing up the orders ie (wrong cheese, wrong type of drink, missing... ingredients, etc) and I always forget to check until I'm home. IDK if its someone new or what but I hope the attention to detailimproves soon. Read more
For the number of times I've stopped here for food and a coffee, I can say I am very pleased with the service. Almost every time... I've gone here was through the drive-thru and have never had any issues with my order, service, or waiting time. When I'venoticed there were new employees working, I was patient and kind as always and if everyone took the time to be patience andunderstanding, it makes for a better experience for everyone! Rarely get tea order correct. Don't stir sugar enough and always have to ask for extra straw to stir it myself. There is... frequently only 1 tea bag in a large tea:/ love Dunkin tea but don't love the lack of accuracy and attention to detail. Last time going here, as they are incapabale and do not hold the intellect to make a standard, hazelut coffee. Waste of money,... could have made this cup at home. Everytime we come here our order is messed up somehow and it's always simple orders. McDonald's staff have more competence in making a coffee taste how it's ordered without further detail or instructions. Read more
