I had a fantastic experience with Mark's Pizza. I placed a rather big order for my son's 21st birthday. Justin was amazing! He... was patient and took the time to help me figure out what I needed for the large number of people I was feeding . The food was ontime, the order was correct and the food was delicious! Ordered a large cheese pepperoni and mushroom pizza and boneless wings MILD for curbside pickup first of all got a text saying... they?d text again when ready so like 10 minutes later I got a text stating order is ready when I get there message HERE andthey?d come out so I thought no way it can be done in 10 minutes so I messaged HERE and no one came so I waited and did it againin 10 minutes and like 5 minutes later they come out, so first complaint is don?t text it?s ready when it apparentlywasn?t. Second complaint was barely any mushrooms on the pizza, you get charged extra for additional toppings so at least putsomething on the pizza Third I ordered MILD wings and they were far from mild they were HOT and I can?t do hot and I wasn?tabout to go all the way back there when I live in Nunda and was just going through Avon on my way home They clearly don?t listento orders by reading other reviews next time I?ll go elsewhere when I want a good pizza and boneless wings Read more
Just picked up a sub I ordered online for lunch. Got back to the office to discover none of the requested toppings were added to... the sandwich. Take a look before you leave the store. Edit: They called right back to apologize and offer a credit. The sub isdelicious as is, I'll give them a second chance. Read more
Placed a delivery order at 4:30 for 6:00 delivery. Delivered 25 minutes late, which I would be ok with, but it was cold. Called... to report, and was offered a replacement. Really? And wait AGAIN? I've been a pretty regular customer, but lately I'm thinkingto look elsewhere. Read more
