First of all, the new owners are wonderful and amazing with their customer service skills. I ordered a pizza and it is the best... I have had in several years. The crust was perfectly baked and the toppings were not lacking in amounts. I couldn't resist theM&M cookie. No complaints there either. I definitely recommend this location!! P.S. Food wasn?t bad: not worth the $68 we spent. Pizza had extremely lite sauce so it was on the dry side, ordered extra cheese... on 1 pizza and both our pizzas had the same amount of cheese: so no extra and we paid for extra. The mushrooms and mozzarellasticks were over cooked dark brown and tasted like grease. I was told my order was delayed when I arrived to pick up becausethe mozzarella sticks weren?t done: well they probably were done: since over cooked. It was nice to see the new ownerworking: but it didn?t set right with me when he handed me my order and as I walked away questioned another worker if I hadpaid. It wouldn?t have bothered me so much except 10 minutes prior he had a conversation with the other worker that I was allcashed out just waiting for mozzarella sticks. Not sure I?ll be going back!! Ordered 2 subs at 11:20.. delivery location is not even two minutes from them - basically across the street. Our order did not... show up until 12:50. When I called and asked where our order was they were very snappy that they were "short staffed" and doingthe best they can. Once the sub got here the bread was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Coming from someone who was a manager inthe food industry- yall need to get it together and do better. Will not be ordering from here again. Read more
Third strike tonight with Salvatores in Avon. Delivery took forever. Food arrived cold and soggy. There was about 1/2 cup of... mayo on my burger which was disgusting. My husband didn?t get any sauce with his Buffalo tenders and the fried mushrooms wereburned and horrible. We?ve had issues with this location in the past and are just done. We?ll try the Honeoye Falls store nexttime. Read more
When I went to sit down a had to clean off the table myself BC apparently the people before me leave they're dinner table... covered with food at home and 8 of the 11 tables were all dirty with food. Wow people in Avon don't know how to clean up afterthemselves. The music was so loud I couldn't think and then there's TVs to watch with no volume. However, I ordered the seafoodplatter with an extra piece of fish BC they're the only people I know that have triangle fish. It was good but fish portionsize, not so good. The could hear the owner in the back yelling at his staff, probably BC the music was so loud, but all of thestaff was friendly and polite. Read more
First time taster of Salvatore Pizza. Called in an order for pickup. Medium thin crust pepperoni bacon kalmata olives and banana... peppers. Ready on time. Good sized pizza. Hot and crispy. $26.95 total. Gave her 30.00 and told her to keep the change. Herface lit up!! Will definitely be a Salvatore Girl. Read more
