I was extremely disappointed in the service here I asked for my sandwich not to be toasted yet instead of warming up my meat and... my cheese in the microwave before putting it to the bread they decided to toast my sandwich anyways. The food is always delicious, and the service isn't bad. I can understand slow service due to people not wNting to work. The 3... stars is is due to the fact that i called ahead to order a wrap for pick up, and still had to wait 30 minutes in line for themto make it because they didnt make it yet. That's the whole point of callong ahead to place an order. Read more
Place was clean, sadly only one worker. Ran out of most bread choices for footlongs, extremely skimpy with toppings. Worker... would remove topping if they deemed it to much, only 4 half moon shape onion for footlong subs. Definitely decrease from whatthey use to be. Read more
This place is supernice. Staff is friendly, always greet me upon entering. They are super quick and accurate with online orders.... Don't hesitate to give them a try...never been disappointed. Hope they stay here in Avon for many years to come. Read more
They were rude we came in 30 min before close and the guy was a jerk from start we ordered 2 subs and drink had a coupon so one... of them was 99cents our total was $9 the coupon didnt say not good on the 499 subs so we paid full price and didnt get one atthe 99 cents. The only reason im giving this restaurant one star is because i cant give none. My family and I ordered four subs from here over... the phone and was VERY clear with our order and everything was understood. When we got them NOT A SINGLE ONE was correct. Themeat was wrong the cheese and bread and dressing were wrong and the labels on the outside were wrong. We had things missing thatwe were charged for. They were so messed up that we could barely tell which sub was supposed to be for who. We will not be goinghere again. Read more
