Be careful when using mobile app in morning - ordered 11/4 and they took my money but when I got to store it was dark despite... two cars in lot. At window someone said they were closed and wouldn?t help at all. Took me several days and two emails to getmy money back. Was having mostly positive experiences here once they allowed you to order for walk in via mobile app to avoidthe drive through line which is why I didn?t give them 1 star. Likely will give another chance but there are other localoptions like get go. Read more
Dirty, and despite placing a mobile order 8 min (11:03am) earlier I walked in at 11:11am and just stood at the mobile order... pickup window and was not greeted or acknowledged after 3 min, I just stopped a worker and told them why I was there. I stillcontinued to wait for my single cup of coffee for an additional 7 min till I asked again for my coffee and the (I presumemanager), got an attitude with me. There was 5 employee working, one looked like a manager filling the coffee bean containers,and the drive-thru attendant just kept coughing everywhere and wearing no mask or gloves. Every time I go there it takes an hour to get through the line. So I decided to order mobile. It took me 20 min to get there and... drink still not ready. They always forget an item. So I always have to remind them at the window what I ordered. Then I decideto order mobile but walk in to get it thinking that will be quicker. I still had to wait 20 min for toast that they forgot waspart of my order. Today I made mobile order. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and I was still in line for 30 min. So I waslate for work and was handed the wrong drink . I didn?t even have time to wait another 30 min to make a new one. There is a newDunkin built in Westlake ( I think ). I?m going to try that one. They need to figure out the online ordering, EVERY time I go pick up, something isnt ready (forgotten about) ,I go 15-20 minutes... after placing do its plenty of time. Im standing there a good3 minutes, nobody even looks at me, I have to flag down someoneevery time. Very rude, they need to have someone watching the pickup area or at least acknowledge you are there. I ordered hash browns for my toddler but the quality and preparation of food was extremely bad. I ordered 4 things from which I... was changed more price for avacado toast . On display price was $ 2.99 and they charged me 4.19 when I asked why is it so theboy there told me I can't do anything my manager is not there , he will come back from after few hours I can't wait for managerthis is disgusting. Everytime I order food from here, the quality is absolutly deplorable. It is never cooked all the way through. The hashbrown... quality is by far the worse food item. The hashbrowns are usually cold, hard and old. The bagel bites cream cheese is alwaysfrozen. The coffee usually tastes old. Read more
