They had no one at front counter. Was forced to use kiosk. Felt so impersonal. Especially when I took the time to go inside. ... Coffee they gave w Me was cold. Food was good and a nice looking store. Went for a pumpkin bucket, gift card and adult happy meal. No info on kiosk you have to... use about any of those things and talking to an actual human being was like pulling teeth. Did finally end up with two out ofthree after spending MUCH more time than you would expect at a fast food restaraunt. Read more

I don't expect a lot from McDonald's as a rule. But this location didn't even meet my expectations. It starts with a sign that... says we have to order through a kiosk. And when we said we'd prefer an actual person Pat rudely said that wasn't an option &walked away. Being as the kiosk did not have the ability to let me make the changes for a special order that I needed, I wasgetting frustrated. Luckily for me a kinder, more understanding employee named Kathy saw my struggle & frustration and came overto assist. And although I very much appreciate her help, the food was atrocious.... fries were cold and burger was dry andcold. We ate the horrible food as we didn't have an another option before the game. I went to the bathroom before leaving andit was filthy as well. Overall a horrible experience! Read more
- Order counter has sign says use kiosks - 2 of 4 kiosks no operational - ordered via kiosk, no receipt printed - watched older... man wait at counter to be served, female in McDonald's uniform on her phone at the food receipt count 6' from this gentleman,did see him or acknowledge him, he ended up walking out after waiting about 5 minutes with no contact - received my order, askedfemale for receipt, no acknowledgment she just turned around and walked away. - in a louder voice I said excuse me twice to getattention of staff who were all in kitchen, no response or acknowledgment though they must have heard me. After about a minutefemale manager walked over to a register, I said excuse me and she said to me, "you need a receipt, right?", I said yes, she gotone printed handed it to me and said have a nice day. - while awaiting my meal a customer returned a burger that had pickles,was not supposed to. *Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at a McDonald's - will not return tothis location.
