A Senior group of 17 of us, our Lunch Bunch, went there for lunch on a Tuesday. They were notified we were coming only about 10... minutes before we left our Community Center that we were coming. So when we arrived we had to wait about 10 minutes to getseated together. That was fine. They were short of help; but, it was worth the wait. I haven't been to a Perkins in over 13years. Oh my, their breakfast was as good as it was then. I ordered the 3 pancakes with sausage and Coffee. Just delicious. Tookhome a pumpkin muffin and Banana Cream Pie. Yum, Yum. First time being here. Friendly staff. Good service, waiter was very kind and respectful. Food tasted great (burger and pie)... (father had breakfast that was great). Wait time to get seated was 5 minutes-ish, not bad compared to other restaurants. Theydid seem a bit understaffed, but I never hold that against them. Read more

By far one of the worst Perkins dining experiences that I've ever had. It took almost 1 1/2 hours for us to dine there from... start to finish. Slow service to the point of us almost walking out. No, it wasn't busy. At all. It was staffed with a bunch ofyoung people not doing their jobs on a timely basis. Lots of socializing in the kitchen while it took 30 minutes to place anorder. Tables were dirty. And I wasn't the only one of the few customers in there who had super slow service. There were manyworkers, and yet, waiting for such long periods of time was what all of us experienced tonight. The employees need training onprompt service and time management. I haven?t really been to many Perkins restaurants in my life I do remember one in Memphis Tennessee and so being in the area on... business I decided to drop into this one here up in the Avon area ,in Ohio. This place really is very nice it?s clean it seemsnew the atmosphere overall is very calm and soothing a little bit dated touring older crowd perhaps. But make no mistake thisplace really was awesome and it appears that they really catered towards are baking side. I was really tempted to pick fromtheir pies and cakes which really look delicious and I think my favorite would?ve been the coconut cream should I had the timeto take them with me.
