They claim to have a lot more parking than they do. And half the parking they have is reserved paid parking. Not cool.

Small and cozy four l pumps clean 3 showers hot food. I stop here often on my travels between OH and NJ. Staff here are the friendliest as can be. Always eager to help you find... something and great resources for local info. One employee took the time to help me figure out how to plan local recoverymeetings while i was stuck in the area, and I cant tell you how grateful i was for that. They even let me take a small containerof hot sauce packets and condiments whenever I leave because it has become apparent that I am addicted to their fried chicken.???? The place is small but has everything you need. Is clean, well lit inside and out, and they do a REALLY good job of snowand ice removal. My only complaint is that i wish the hot food hours were extended longer since at night, there are no hot foodoptions. I understand that given a certain time they have to legally throw food out but maybe things like leftover chicken andpizza can be refrigerated and we can use a microwave? After being on the road for hours and snacking on cold stuff, a hot mealmakes all the difference. These are beyond the control of the store so 5 stars all around. Read more
Power was off due to the windy conditions that Ohio had today. The staff blocked off one entrance with a golf cart to keep 18... wheelers from entering and placed employees at the car entrance to turn away customers before they got to the pumps. It was niceseeing them not wanting to waste customers time. From what I saw the team members worked together to rotate so nobody wasworking in the cold for long. Once the power came back on the store was opened back up the manager was nice enough to apologizeeven for the power outage. The manager and associates had things back online shortly after. Being a OTR driver I normally don?tget to see people working together as team. This by far is one the better Travel Center locations in the state of Ohio.Restrooms and showers are always clean. The only downside is the traffic can be tricky during rush times. Read more
It's set up different but otherwise clean and people are friendly. Even though our front license plate was stolen.
