could not make my cold brew coffee as they look on the photo of their menu board. looked like a regular iced coffee with cream... in it. this is in a way false advertisement. the venti size cost $4.75. i also did not eat anything prior to coming here togrocery shop inside meijer and i ended up with an upset stomach right afterwards so i question the skillset of the barista andalso whether this place is abiding to proper sanitary protocols. This Starbucks is okay. They close earlier now than when they used to. But the product has not changed much. They tend to run... out of the seasonal drinks fast, as well. Not my favorite Starbucks, but if I'm in the area, I will go here. Read more
Doesn?t understand the definition of extra caramel
Ive never had a good experience here... Admittedly its only two, but neither were good... Today ground my gears though... My... wife wanted a refresher, easy enough, the company is offering bonus points if you get that and a lemon loaf... I ask for thedrink and will ignore the attitude, but was told that the qr code to get the points doesnt work... It will crash their system...If I want to pay with the app, I can, but not just scan for points... The manager was restocking and said it has been this waysince she started working here in February... That its Meijer's fault... I worked retail, I can overlook a drink that isnt themost presentable, a technical error, and an attitude... What i have great issue with is that in June I had similar issues...But it was that I couldn't pay with my app because it would crash their system... I could only scan for points... Employees are nice but this location never have anything I get at other starbucks locations. Don't go in the morning as you... might find the place closed on business hours like last week..I was told employees called off. They usually have one or two atthe place. Read more
I never write reviews unless I really love something or am really disappointed, and this is one of those disappointing times. My... companion ordered an iced unsweetened peach citrus white tea -- which she has gotten at other Starbucks several times and loves-- but at this location it had none of the peach flavor. Barista offered to remake it, but told us it wouldn't taste anydifferent so not worth it. I ordered a mocha frap that came out correctly, but I also ordered a toasted asiago bagel with creamcheese.They warmed an unsliced bagel -- not toasted -- and I was told they didn't have cream cheese or anything else to top abagel with. Luckily this location is in a Meijer store, so I was able to run to the dairy aisle and get what I needed. But Ifound it very strange they don't offer the same toppings as other Starbucks that sell food. Hoping our issues today are due tothe store being so new and they are able to work towards a better experience. Read more
