If I could leave zero stars I would This is the 4th time we have had horrible customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas. Took 11... minutes to order on the phone (fine). Was told it would be delivered in 20-25 minutes. About an hour later I called. The girlsaid they were in route. A half hour later I call back to be put on hold 10 minutes for them to talk to a manager. Well come tofind out they canceled my order an hour ago because the girl forgot to charge a delivery fee and when they called to tell methat I didn?t answer so they just cancelled it. I didn?t answer because I had 6 screaming kids around me that just wanted to eatsome pizza. He then argued with me and said ?if you want to come fix my staffing issue you?re welcome to work here for $11 anhour? then I asked for a refund which I got but the all around service was absolutely horrible. Not to mention the many timesthey are so rude over the phone. I will never ever go back as the manager was a complete jerk. Save yourself the hassle andorder from doughboys down the street. Read more
If I could give less than one star I would. Placed an online order to be be picked up at a certain time, had to pay in advance... because it was over $30. Walk in at said time to be told oh, only half the order is made. ?Half the order is in the oven I haveto make the other half?. That won?t work for me I can?t wait- can you deliver for free- literally less than 2 miles down theroad- told no so I asked for a refund only to be given a receipt that says ?bad order?. Was really hoping they?d deliver forfree as it was their error but apparently trying to make it right by the customer was not an option, they?d rather waste theportion that was made. Read more

Using the app to order on line was problematic - this is the first time I tried it. Could not specify the time I want to pick... up the pie. Had difficulty getting the gift card accepted. Still do not have the profile set up. Not user friendly! Read more
First time ordering from this location and besides no boneless wings & no 2 literrs everything else was good....
The customer service here is horrible. Get your order messed up and prepare to get talked to by a smart mouth teenager answering... the phone. Followed by a manager who seems to not care. We ate here because our kid likes this pizza but unfortunately not worththe hassle anymore. There is plenty of other pizza places in the area that will treat you much better and not mess up your orderand give you a hard time about it. Read more
