Here's my problem with Starbucks, they move further and further away from being a coffe shop and closer and closer to a fast... food restaurant each year. They took what made them successful in the first place and abandoned it for more profits and lesscustomer service. Starbucks is typically fast and efficient so it does have it's advantages but if you want to stay and enjoyyour day then please continue to support your local coffee shops, they rock and the atmosphere is always relaxed andcomfortable! I love this Giant Eagle but the starbucks inside really sucks. The workers have a terrible attitude and they don't follow the... instructions I told them (heavy cream is not the same as half and half). I'm going to either brew my own coffee before comingfor groceries, or drive all the way to the Starbucks by commons. Avoid this place. Read more
