The individual working with the Deadpool pins on their visor is probably the most absolutely unpleasant human being I?ve ever... encountered in a business setting. I?ve been here three times waited on by this person and have not been greeted, have beenrudely talked to, talked down to, etc. I even said ?hey, how are you?? and was met with no response and an eye roll. I wasclearly heard. They also acted as if my friends allergy was a complete annoyance. Whoever is in charge of staffing clearlyneeds to make some changes. I work five minutes away, but I?d rather drive 15 minutes into Sheffield Lake then to ever patronizethis location again. My staff feels the same. Read more

CHECK YOUR ORDERS before you leave this store. Ordered grilled chicken salad on Subways online app. from the AVON LAKE 33382... Walker Rd. store. Got home and discovered there was no chicken put in the salad..Called talked to Emily, then Michelle wasinformed I would have to drive back for them to remake the salad. Asked them to credit my account for missing chicken. Theycould not do that. Customers apparently are to accommodate Subways. Poor customer service. They could have made a new salad anddelivered it or sent a coupon for a replacement salad . Plan to write a complaint to Corp Subway Office next. Read more
We rode over here to get lunch, and our cashier was very nice. He said it was his first day, so it affected my rating of this... place. He didn?t give us a bag, stamp our sandwiches, and he put a little too much of something on my sandwich. Overall, verygood experience. Read more
The service was good and the veggie sandwich was the same as it always has been. The poor rating is the failure of Subway to... implement any significant amount of menu changes to accommodate customers with special dietary needs. Vegetarians and veganshave one option since the veggie pattie was removed. Subway is just a processed food sandwich and absolutely terrible for humanhealth. Read more
I come here often, but today was not a great experience. I decided to get the steak and cheese melt. They toasted it in a brown... bag, when i got home the sub was all over in the bag, and half the bun was melted underneath. My son didn't even eat it becauseit was a sloppy mess. Read more
The meat has a very chemical and very manufactured taste. Manufactured meat? Not sure but it just didn?t taste much like... anything. Same for the fresh bread. Ingredients are all bad. People just think that because it?s baked fresh that it?s good foryou. Service was very slow as well. No eye contact. No personality. Read more
I?ve been to this place multiple times for years and there?s a young man who?s always been so rude. I forgot to order something... for my friend and asked if it was okay if i could add a protein bowl to my order. He rolled his eyes and gave me attitude thewhole time.
