I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. Placed an online order at 2:00 for a curbside pickup of 3:00, arrived at 2:55 and... was told it'll be a couple more mins, that's fine, I inquired if I could wait in my car since I requested curbside pickup on theapp, was told they don't offer curbside, whatever I'll wait inside. At 3:10 I was told it'll be another 10 mins for my order,at 3:45 I finally asked for a refund - was told I'd have to come back and speak with management MONDAY. 45 mins - no wings, norefund, no apologies If you have ANY sense don't even bother coming here. I have never in my life had bad service like I had yesterday from this restaurant. Most importantly it was my son Isaiah's 19... birthday and this is what he wanted to eat for his birthday we spent $133.25 on 6 dozen wings and a tray of cajun fries. Iordered 3 dozen spicy ATL dry rub wings, 2 dozen lemon pepper dry rub along with 1 dozen traditional hot wings and 1 tray ofcajun fries and the young lady taking my order over the phone made a mistake and ordered 3 dozen ATL wings instead of my 3 dozenspicy ATL wings I didn't notice it till I got home because for the first time I didn't check my food their before I left so Icalled them after we had ate some of the wings and noticed they weren't hot and they young lady who took my order answered and Ilet her know that I had ordered spicy ATL and that these weren't hpicy she then said oh my bad I made a mistake and ordered youATL wings if you come back we can give you the correct ones, I then told her not today I would go back tomorrow she then saidOK. Then they call me back 20 minutes later saying that I need to bring back the 3 dozen wings that they made for me that werenot spicy in order for me to get my 3 dozen spicy ATL wings that they were going to replace. The owner there named Mary is not avery nice person I recommend if you're looking for a good place to eat and be taken care of stay away from this ATL wingrestaurant. I felt so embarrassed for this restaurant asking for food back in order to replace the one's they dropped the ballon. No unacceptable STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Read more

My son loves ATL and when he does well in big tournaments, he immediately asks for ATL. Thus, food is about the same wherever we... go. However, customer service was perfect. The lady who took our order was friendly, flexible and helpful in assisting me withmy order. She also engaged in light conversation to make our wait pleasant. Read more

I have NEVER in my life had such terrible quality and service from any restaurant!! I ordered an 18 piece boneless wing with... fries, The boneless wings were incredibly small, burnt, and dry. The fries that I ordered were soggy and cold although I orderedthem crispy. I placed my order at 8:35PM and I picked it up at 8:53 PM, there is no reason why my food should be ice cold inless than 20 minutes. This place has some of the best wings in the valley, yet the quality and the service is some of the worstI?ve ever seen in my entire life. This location needs to do the same thing that the Surprise location did and close down for aseason and hire quality staff and quality managers that understand the importance of customer service. This company could be thenext Chick-fil-A but will NEVER be until they reorganize, correct and establish a better system for their staff and management.As a black woman wanting to support black businesses I really hate that I had to leave this type of review! The bone in wings were hard, the boneless were just a tad bit better, but not much. The fries were to my satisfaction. The... atmosphere was light and airy.i asked my child at 10 years old what was the best part of our visit she said the boneless wings.The part I appreciate most is when I complained the cook tried to make it better. First let me start by saying, Thank you ATL, I called my order in from across town. The cashier Asia was very helpful to me, and... placed my order as I requested; when I arrived I didn't wait long. As it was a long line to begin with. I ordered "plain" crispywings, and "medium fries"which I received. I brought them home, and turned them into Lemon ???? Pepper wings as you can see inthe pics. They where delicious! I will definitely be back and I also recommend this place to whoever love good food. It's not afast food place so you will have to be patient, but the wait is worth it.
